Description
Badwater Basin in Death Valley National Park is the lowest point in North America. It is a salt flat that sits in the middle of the California desert. As the sun rose over the desert the sky turned a bright blue and the desert became hot. The salt flat stretches so far that it seems to go on forever and disappear into the mountains.
