Artist's Description
A lioness stares down the camera as she passes by the jeep in Masai Mara National Reserve in southern Kenya in Eastern Africa. The lion came eye to eye with the camera as she passed. This is the split second of her staring down the camera when she heard it click.
The pride of lions were relaxed in the bushes, but their attention quickly turned to a herd of zebras on the savanna. This lion walked through a group of jeeps as she worked her way closer on the hunt. The hunt was unsuccessful due to a premature roar that spooked the zebras.

About Pamela Peters
Hello! My name is Pamela Peters. I created Wild Radiance Photography in order to share and further pursue my passion. My mission is to photograph and educate people about the surrounding world. Using photography allows me to share images of the world the way I see it. When you view my work I hope it fills you will the excitement and awe of the images created by nature. I am a former professor and currently pursuing my PhD. When I am not in the classroom I can usually be found exploring the outdoors. As part of my mission to educate, I spend time traveling as a public speaker. My talks are for different age groups and focus on my travels, experiences in the field or how to photograph in nature.
