Taken at Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya.
A lioness watches a herd of zebras from the cover of a bush. At the height of the great migration in the Mara prey is abundant for the lions. This lioness sat for several minutes watching before she slowly made her way through the tall grass toward the zebras. She never caught her prey due to an unexpected roar from the bush that scared her prey.
